htmlEscape INPUT

In the result & becomes & and so on. It escapes only: <, >, &, ' and ".

{{ htmlEscape "Hugo & Caddy > Wordpress & Apache" }} → "Hugo &amp; Caddy &gt; Wordpress &amp; Apache"
