In association with Tommy's we have built a module through which members of the public - volunteer fundraisers in this case - can create a page using a simple automatic process, then e-mail the page's address to their friends and family. Using the Engino form-builder, Tommy's have created over thirty foms. These forms can be anonymous, or they can include registration. With any form that includes registration, all the user needs to do is log in if they've registered before - there's no need to fill out those details again. If the user hasn't registered, then registration happens automatically as the form is submitted in a one-stop process.
The creation of an unlimited number of forms is fully under the administrators control, including all of the standard input types - text boxes, radio buttons, drop-down options etc.
All form submissions are then available in the Engino back-office for export and analysis.
If you have our commerce module, as Tommy's do, then forms can also be commerce-enabled so that the submission of a single form results not just in registration but also in purchasing a product, making a donation or becoming a member.
