Case Study: Family Business

Family Business' aim was to provide high quality, relevant training courses and consultancy for all professionals and organisations working with families.

Family Business used the Engino system to sell and manage the courses. This included a booking system for customers and participants, integrated with a back-office system used by staff to mange the delivery of the courses.

Key feature: Online course booking

Using this module, customers are able to come to the website and book themselves on a course, then alter the names of the participants and add further participants. Office administrators are then able to "convert" these participants in to genuine system contacts to send the confirmation letter/course outline and to print participant lists etc.
